A fair potion of my blog posts deal with the most critical area of wellbeing. A Gallup Poll form 2012 revealed that 48% of Americans are either struggling or suffering and I know that this number is even worse today. Our wellness is not something to take lightly. If you haven't caught up on my blogs, then I recommend going to the Archive menu and clicking on the category of wellbeing. Everything on the subject will then be culled for you.
